Benzaldehyde: a key note: bitter almond with hints of cherry stones
A powerful, sharp, sweet top note with a distinctive aroma of cherry stones, marzipan and bitter almond. Not juicy red cherry, but rather a dry, nutty, confectionery facet. Drier than vanilla, less powdery than heliotropin. Longevity on the skin: 2–4 hours (evaporates quickly from the skin).

Recommended concentrations:
- Top: 0.1 - 4.8%;
- Middle notes: < 0.1%;
- Microdoses in floral bases for a barely perceptible nutty-sweet undertone
